Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sunday or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
During sale periods or festivals, processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata) — 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — 5–7 business days
- Remote / rural areas — 7–10 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your shipment directly on the courier partner's website.
Our shipping partners include Shiprocket, Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC — assigned based on your pincode and availability.
Packaging
We use sturdy, tamper-evident packaging to protect our glass jars during transit. Every jar is sealed with a gold foil lid for freshness. If your package appears tampered with upon arrival, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order will be returned to us and a re-shipping charge will apply for redelivery.
Please ensure your delivery address and mobile number are correct at checkout.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy. Photograph the damage within 48 hours and contact us at hello@sattvaafoods.com.

All serviceable pincodes across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are outside India, please reach out to us — we may be able to accommodate special requests.
